The president took an extra week to develop his budget, but the extra time was apparently not enough to yield Medicare policies that could produce real savings. The 2013 budget released today relies on the same tired proposals that we have seen previously. Provider payment cuts, delicately referred to as “modifications,” account for $267 billion in savings over the next decade. For a program that will cost taxpayers more than $6.7 trillion, this is a disappointingly modest savings target—and even so, it is not likely to be met.

I had an Asda store card which included insurance if I lost my job.
In August 2010, this happened due to ill health.
This insurance was supplied by a company called Genworth, and it says yours was an unusual case because you were both out of work and unable to look for a new job because of ill-health.
You submitted a claim for both events, but the policy allows you to claim for only one of them.
Genworth needed to substantiate your claim with third parties.

Roughly 900,000 Americans live in assisted living centers, according to the National Center for Assisted Living. And for residents and their families alike, these facilities mean an end to many worries but not all of them.
Residents of assisted living facilities still might face personal liability risks. What if a residents dog bites a visitor? What if a visitor slips and falls inside a residents room and sues?
While some experts are skeptical of the seriousness of those risks, one specialty insurance product is providing liability coverage geared toward residents of assisted living centers.
